Class Schedule & Member Resources

Fitness & Yoga Class Schedule

We offer free circuit-style strength and cardio and yoga classes to all Lifestyle Health Program participants. Each class is different and offers a safe way to add variety to your weekly routine, decrease injury risk, and help relieve everyday aches.

Strength/Core class schedule

Living Well with Your Lifelong Conditions

Learn how to take control of your health while managing ongoing conditions. This course teaches simple, proven strategies to reduce symptoms, stay active and improve daily life.

Cancer Thriving & Surviving

For individuals who have completed cancer treatment, is in active treatment or is supporting a loved one, this course focuses on moving forward, regaining energy, managing side effects, and goal setting.

PAVING the Path to Wellness

Build healthy habits in areas like sleep, stress, nutrition, movement and social connection. Guided by certified facilitators, you’ll learn how to create a personalized roadmap to wellbeing.
